- Henry David Thoreau

Since 2011 I have worn many hats:  architect, carpenter, visual artist, construction project manager, musician, event organizer, travel blogger, and currently a professional computer programmer. An avid learner and deep thinker, I am constantly searching the world over, looking for the next big idea.

My former boss is doing incredible work in California and just got an article in Curbed where he got their "Young Gun 2014" award

"...the project that Leggitt is most proud of is a modest, 1,100-square-foot cabin near Lake Isabella, in the high desert near California's Sequoia National Park....For the students who worked on it, the 510 Cabin was an introduction to building real architecture......Some of the students, including James Stodgel, Adelina Tahiri, Ben Salance, and Michael Wilson, have already set up studios of their own. "

One of my favorite podcasts "The Skeptics Guide to the Universe" recently gave a shout out to my website on their show because I use squarespace, so I decided to return the favor. Play the full episode below or you can hear them talk about michaelaarondesigns.com by fast-forwarding to the 67 minute mark.

"....I'm looking at Michael Aaron's website on my phone right now and it's beautiful! Good job Michael!"
