as a general architectural consultant and a design-build remodel this project included refinishing the wood ceiling beams, refinishing and painting all of the walls and ceilings, replacing all of the baseboard, door and threshold trim as well as accent steel trim, completely remodeling one bathroom by converting a normal tub into a walk-in shower, re-designing and building a custom sink counter-top and shelving unit, and refinishing the floor, as well as custom floating shelves in the two bedrooms and custom sliding doors in one bathroom.
